Items in stock at our shop are usually shipped within 3 business days (closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
This brand is basically unisex, so men can also use it. Please refer to the product information for each item.
If you request gift packaging, we will individually wrap each product.
Each item you order will be placed in a cotton bag and then delivered in a gift box. A paper bag will be included.
If you do not select gift packaging at the time of ordering, we cannot accept changes later.
You will need to cancel your existing order and place a new order.
Gift items and regular items cannot be bundled together, so if you purchase them together in your cart,

When you receive the product, please immediately check that you have not received anything different from what you ordered.
Exchanges and returns are only possible if you receive a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered.
Please note that we are unable to cancel or return products that have been used by the customer or orders due to customer convenience.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item if you wish to return or exchange it.
Please return the product within one week of contacting us to request a return or exchange.
When returning the item, please return it in the same packaging as it was sent.

お手数ですが、商品到着から5日以内に、交換のご希望をご連絡ください。
交換希望のご連絡から1週間以内に商品のご返送をお願い致します。
ご返送の際は、お送りした梱包状態でご返送ください。
